My Journey thus far !

I have been passionate about Equities & Financial markets from my school times thanks to some great mentors. They seeded the initial interest and thus began a journey by applying to IPOs and later investing directly into the markets.

 

The markets then were inefficient, paper delivery based, broker prone and investments driven largely on insider & broker tips.

I am a Warren Buffett , Benjamin Graham , Philip Fisher , Peter Lynch fan and used my China posting to make weekend trips to Swindon Book Centre in Hong Kong to gather the investment bibles written by them.

Thanks to my two odd decades with Ranbaxy I bring to the table, a deep understanding of both Business & Accounting practices especially in the Indian Corporate setup.

My Investment journey spans almost three decades and have seen many an investment cycles, experienced various approaches, experienced the high of Harshad times and lows of ’08 , '10 & Satyam times, got multibaggers via long term investing and even lost money trading on advice of some marquee traders.
